Eric Silvey will play the most popular dance tunes of the Disco Era including artists such as: Donna Summer, The Bee Gees, Barry White, ABBA, Gloria Gaynor, The Trammps, Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes and Tavares. Feel free to wear your favorite clothing from the 70’s (white suit, platform shoes, bell bottoms, etc) and be prepared to dance the night away!
Bio
Eric Silvey was one of the original club and party DJs in NYC back when Disco first began in the mid 70’s. Playing at a variety of clubs including the original Copacabana, Eric was inspired by the driving rhythms and spirited arrangements of the Disco era. Last year he created a dance floor frenzy after he was invited to spin Disco music at Lincoln Center’s Midsummer Night’s Swing and The David Rubinstein Atrium.
